Learning and Teaching Day 2014

We had a fantastic time at UAL’s 2014 Learning and Teaching day exploring how collaboration, in its many forms, can support students’ learning. There were 185 colleagues in attendance from across the University and 38 workshops, activities and papers delivered by staff and students. Nigel Carrington, Vice Chancellor, attended the event and said “it was wonderful to talk to so many enthusiastic contributors and participants. Congratulations to everyone involved. I am sure that the day will act as a great stimulus to create more new ideas for creative teaching.” 

Dr. Philip Broadhead, Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic also joined, and said “Congratulations to you and the CLTAD team for organising such a successful learning and teaching day. I heard some very strong feedback and there was a real buzz about the event.”

The 2015 conference is open to all UAL teaching and technical staff. The theme and call for papers will be announced in September 2015.
