Reviewers Wanted

Spark: UAL Creative Teaching and Learning Journal is a new open-access online journal for university teachers, researchers and students with a focus on exploring all aspects of teaching and learning in arts, design and communication at UAL. The first issue will be published in January 2016.

As well as providing a space for new contributors to disseminate their work, the journal is also seeking to support reviewers who are new to the process of reviewing submissions for journals.

On 3 December 2015, 1100-1300 we will be hosting a workshop for current and new reviewers facilitated by Emeritus Professor Sue Clegg, Leeds Beckett University and Visiting Professor of the Teaching and Learning Exchange. Professor Clegg is also Editor of Teaching in Higher Education. The aim of this interactive workshop is to reflect on the aims of Spark and what we are looking for from contributors as well as how to complete effective reviews for a journal.
